You can install cPanel (Paid) or use any free control panels with it. Else, follow this tutorial For Nameservers, you can use a free DNS provider such as cloudns.net or DNS service from your domain provider and point to your VPS IP. If you are going to install NS in a standard vps having no control panel then it would be difficult for you to manage!

and my centos VPS not come with cpanel. but i’m using zpanel. can i manage website from that zpanel?
